Description:
Class cost is $150.00 which covers classroom materials
and range time. We serve coffee in the morning and will
also provide lunch. You should have your own handgun, but
if not, please call the range so we can arrange one for
you. All ammo must be purchased at the range. No Exceptions!
Michigan CCW Class Details:
- Resposibilities of handgun ownership
- Safe storage, use and handling of a pistol including,
but not limited to, safe storage, use
and handling to protect child safety.
- Fundamentals of pistol shooting
- Firearms and the law, including civil liability
issues
- Avoiding criminal attack and controlling
a violent confrontation
- Laws that apply to carrying a concealed
pistol in the State of Michigan
- Criminal and civil responsibilities associated
with carrying a concealed pistol
- At least 5 hours of classroom instruction
and 3 hours of range time
- 100 rounds of ammo must be purchased at the range
facility
- Instructor(s) are NRA certified.
- Class taught is
the NRA Personal Protection in the Home Course, it
will allow
you to get your CCW/CPL license in the state of
Michigan.
